***Risk:*** As a 10k collection, we can’t help but notice the current state of PFP NFTs on Polygon. The scene is only starting, and there might not be enough buyers by the time of mint.

***Mitigation:*** Convert as many of our fans who aren’t on Polygon as possible to be ready for Polygon, including guides to onboarding, introduction to the blockchain, etc. We will carefully divide our mint into two phases, so that it gives time to the community to gear up and be ready. If, worst of the worst, it still does not mint out, we will airdrop the rest of the collection to our holders. We believe it’s only a matter of time that the Polygon PFP community gets traction.

***Risk:*** Risk of volatility in the crypto space

***Mitigation:*** After mint, we will convert a portion of our mint funds into USDC to reduce the volatility of Matic’s price, which will ensure the portion of our funds in USDC will maintain its value.

***Risk:*** We will strategically set a lower mint price due to both the current market condition and joining a new ecosystem, so that we get as much traction as possible. However, the effect of which might result in our mint funds being insufficient for our roadmap.

***Mitigation:*** We have conducted extensive market research and have run Closed Beta Test with 800 testers to validate our game concept and its appeal to our target audience. We will continue to monitor gaming trends and player preferences, and we are prepared to refine the game's design and mechanics to ensure it remains engaging and relevant in the market.

***Risk:*** There is a risk that our 2,767 Genesis Heroz NFTs may not sell out

***Mitigation:*** To drive demand for our NFTs, we will showcase their unique features and benefits.
